Shipping Information

For UK orders, we endeavour to pick, pack and ship your purchases within 3 working days of order placement.

International orders, inside of Europe, usually take up to 7 working days to be received.

International orders, outside of Europe, usually take up to 3 weeks to be received. If there is a delay we will contact you. All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it. If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item(s) must be purchased directly from www.gabi-eyewear.com website and be unused and free of all damage. And if all the original packaging is intact, you’ll get a full refund.

How We Measure Our Sunglasses Frames

Gabi uses the boxing system, an established measuring method preferred by the International Standard Organisation.

The sizes featured on our product pages and on the inner temples of our sunglasses have three numbers. The first is the lens width, the second the bridge width and the third temple length.
